Can't transfer character

I want transfer account but i got this massage...


This account is permanently banned and cannot be recovered. No ban request will be considered from now by Nostalrius team, and thus there is no way to transfer this account.

What can i do to transfer my account ?

As the message says, there is no possibility for transferring that account. You will have to start anew.
