Hi,

I have just recently found out the nost 2.0 is starting up and started the process of transferring my account to Elysium and it says my account is a perma ban?. I stopped playing in January and between then and server shutdown looks my account was hacked and I have a permanent ban on my account can we look at this?

As the announcement said, we are not reviewing bans any more. A number of in-active accounts were compromised and had to be banned as they were used by spammers and gold sellers. This might have happened to your account.
