So today when I was trying to transfer my account to Elysium from Nostalrius token website, it showed no account existing.
My account is qiancc2
My character is called Retardmage
I have check realmplays.com. The website showed my character. I also checked my WOW folder to make sure I have the right account name.
Can someone be kind to check if this account was banned or something else?
