Account Transfer "Token Email" feature Doesn't Work

2. I've forgotten my password for my old Nostalrius account.
If you have a valid email address associated with your account, no need to worry. There will be some sort of password reset/recovery method available. Nostalrius will allow you to transfer your account if you remember your login/password, or only the login *and* remember + have access to the recovery email.
This is my problem. You cannot get the token without your password. I have the email and account name, but not the password, and when I submit this it says OK it's emailing me the token. It never shows up (even in the spam box). Sorry if this was posted elsewhere. There's a topic on Reddit about it, too.
