Account token issue, .edu recoveries.

I have my account name, my email, and the password. However, it is acting like the password is incorrect. Regardless, this wouldn't be an issue, except, when I apply for my token and it says sent to spam/junk folder there is no email. I have since tried to just use the user name/email and username/password. I have made an uncountable amount of attempts since the opening of nost account transfers had begun. If there is any information regarding this issue to be resolved it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
