didnt get token

I just tried to get the token for my old Account and there wasnt any problem until I checked my email.
It seems that somehow you didnt sent me anything, there is nothing in the spam folder or anywhere else on the email accoun. I dont know how long it takes for the Email to get there but it has been like 10 minutes and Im starting to get worried. Please help
