Maybe the transfer process could be optimized?

Maybe the transfer process could be optimized?

The current stipulation for receiving a token for your previous nost account is entering the correct username AND email OR username AND password.

As someone who has completely forgotten a portion of their credentials, and having seen many forum inquiries on the same issue, I am wondering whether the admins could change the requirements for a token. Or maybe even change the process altogether.

Now, of course this proposition does not go without full consideration for malicious intent, if the current process is the only one that prevents hacking and account hijacking, I completely understand. However, if adjustments can be made for making it easier for users like me without jeopardizing account security I would duly appreciate it.

Proposals:
Maybe have them enter the character and an email, instead of just username.
If some credential is incorrect indicate which one(pertains to email and username).

I am posting this publicly so as a community we can address this, and perhaps create better ideas for a system.

-Thank you for the consideration,
Concerned Player.
