Banned account

When I'm trying to generate a token on https://tokens.nostalrius.org/, I get the following message:
This account is permanently banned and cannot be recovered. No ban request will be considered from now by Nostalrius team, and thus there is no way to transfer this account.
I can't remember getting banned... Is there anything I can do in order to get my character back?
