[Kouran]

<Banish> is a European guild that was born a few weeks ago. We are a progressing raiding guild with Molten Core and Onyxia on farm and we have our eyes set on Blackwing Lair.

We are looking for more members to complete our raid roster and specifically need resto druids, hunters and mages at the moment (see our website for full list of recruitment).

Our raid days are (Tuesdays) and Thursday at 19:30-23:00 CET and Sundays at 19:00-23:00 CET and we squeeze in Onyxia whenever she is up. We have recently started to clear Molten Core in one night and will soon start to raid Blackwing Lair two nights a week but for the near future we will only be raiding on Thursdays and Sundays.

We use Teamspeak and all raiders are expected to be on it at least to hear instructions during raids. We also expect our raiders to come to our raids on time, repaired, with enchanted gear, with the appropriate talents and with the necessary consumables to be able to perform the best.

We distribute loot via our loot council. We have tried DKP in the passed but found several problems with it that we can omit with a loot council which we find to be the most efficient way to gear up the entire raid. Mistakes may happen but if they do you can talk to your Class Leader so we can adress this and make improvements for the future. Raiders should be mature about this and keep up a good attitude towards their fellow guildies.

Our guild hosts a wide range of nationalities and our players have varied experience of WoW. We have players that have returned to relive the Vanilla raiding experience, players that didn't feel they got enough out of the raids in Vanilla back in the day, people that have never experienced the Vanilla raiding content and players that are completely new to World of Warcraft. Although we mainly look for raid ready level 60s we also welcome social members that want to level or do dungeons with us. We are a very social guild that run a lot of dungeons together and like hanging out in TS. A couple of nights ago we hosted a legendary 8 warriors + 2 priests UBRS run which was fun beyond anyones anticipation (dem chain charges and chain intimidating shouts).

Also, it doesn't show here, but at the moment we are 7/8 in BWL, and still need dedicated players to fill up our roster. We are especially in need of hunters, but every (well constructed) application will be considered.
