I was at school 10 years ago. But now I work from home as a self employed currency trader

Only have to look at charts for about 4 hours a day monday to friday and can even have it open on another screen while gaming haha. The perfect set up!

Tragedy as computer gamer dies after 19-hour session playing World of Warcraft

The dude had a medical condition and was told by his doctor to rest. He coughed up blood before he died, so I imagine it was a serious health condition. Dumbass died because he ignored his doctor, not by binge playing.

That being said, getting up to stretch every couple hours, taking regular bathroom breaks, and eating/drinking shit other than concentrated sugar will help out alot. Depriving yourself of sleep is only a serious problem if you either have a medical condition or are already significantly sleep deprived.
