tier 2 update. when?

some items have been updated after the new patch but some have not. when do these get updated?

ie warlock t2 head still has 20 sp when it should have 32

As far as i know, the stats on Nemesis Skullcap is correct.

As seen here before 1.4/1.5 patch, Nemesis Skullcap has 30 spell damage (https://web.archive.org/web/20050404220 ... item=16929)

After patch 1.5 it had 20 spell damage (https://web.archive.org/web/20050828184 ... item=16929)

I believe the 32 spell damage buff is for later patches.
