Mind flay and Arcane missles bugged or blizzlike?

Mind flay and spells like it, which are channeled cannot be kicked by any CS or earthshock or w/e. So now I'm fighting priests who dot me, then spam mind flay till I die lol. Not really fair... anyone know if this is a bug?

dam lol peopel are abusing it, i fought a mage who would spam arcane missles it was OP, and same with a priest who just spammed mind flay.

on nost mindflay only has 2 ticks 30% of the time. so it's all fair, no?

I mean mind flay is the main filler for spriests so its not like they can use something else to not abuse the bug(unlike mages) best you can do is wait for them to cast mind blast/mana burn or a heal or something.

The bug is tagged as "Resolved" on the BT, maybe it was fixed and appeared right after that again.
