Nostalrius this is the end, this is the end of your journey, please close this forum, now you have no more reason to continue, to exist!
All of your credibility has gone, that's the end!

This is the end, beautiful friend
This is the end, my only friend, the end
Of our elaborate plans, the end
Of everything that stands, the end

Not the end, the beginning. Don't you think Nost and Elysium had planned this all the time. That reaction and PR is gold. Nost gave the core, data and code to Elysium, helped them get started, and pulled out before Blizz could react. Nost has clean hands and is now fighting legit for legacy servers, while Elysium keep things going. Blizzard is getting presure from two sides now. Things have never looked better. And please sign http://bit.do/vanillawow The official petition for legacy servers. Over 280.000 has signed so far.

It's as if there was a world-class restaurant, who retired their old beloved menu and won't bring it back, despite the clamoring voices of long-time fans. So a new chef came along, and in his kitchen, he & his cooks painstakingly re-created the old dishes with remarkable accuracy. Perhaps even better, they established a restaurant of their own free of charge! And it went on to achieve great popularity, much more so than similar restaurants - not only because of the menu, but the way all customers were treated, and with a sense of fairness, quality & continued improvement.
All good things must come to an end, and the restaurant had to close but they provided an example for other chefs to follow.
