It was a ton of fun. Socially involving and sometimes intriguing. It started me on this long journey of exploring private servers and that's pretty cool. Nostalrius was probably the spearhead of a unified ideal of truly social gaming that almost...almost lead to a unified movement. I will never fully understand what happened, the decisions that were made, or the truly mind-blowing debacle with Elysium...and that's totally ok.
In the end, I've had my share of vanilla WoW. I think at this point a lot of people have had their share. It was a great ride.
I'm playing on Primal Wow now. It's exactly what i want to spend my spare "fun" time on now. All is good.
