What happened with this AV relies is NOT a bug or anything. It was a script /script JoinBattlefield(0,1) and don’t try to put the blame on the community for something that your GM squad have no clue about what it seems. And don’t blame testers for hiding anything that was ok on retail that we go after as our guidelines when we are testing stuff for your server to get a better experience for the community.
Now to the issue with the “bug abuse” as you call it. It is a script that let you group que to ALL bgs. It works the same way as resetting instances with /script ResetInstances() or stopcast /Script SpellStopCasting(); It is a hidden interface you can say and can be shutdown by the server admins and it was allowed on retail in vanilla until wrath/cataclysm when blizzard chose to add those interfaces. Will you start to ban ppl for using those macros too sins you consider using scripts a “bug abuse”?
If this is the way you want to go about this then this project are no better then others that are out there that players left cuz of bad admins or GMs that just did what they wanted. Look at Feenix, one guy decide to be a dick and banning/calling out the community and 6 mouths after most of their servers died. I really don’t want to see that happening to this server.
And the way the GM went about it in Maitoz case, one of those who got banned was just stupid. GM told Maitoz that he had 1h to address this matter to server admin on forums and 20 mins later just straight out bans him with Monkeynews and Gilnash
