* R14 weapons won't be available for players with the corresponding highest rank until ZG's release.
* Once ZG has been released, new PvP items will be available (R7, R8, R10), and R12/R13 items will be updated, in line with the stats known after 1.11 patch.

So not until ZG release.

A LOT of stuff has changed on Nostalrius over time, because there's been a ton of debates before about all this stuff. The PvP topics were especially boomin' and plentiful, and the community helped the devs find the old data and source stats of all the PvP items, including the old R14 weapons.
You WILL be able to get it at release, but in the state that the PvP items will be then (pre-buff version, like all other items in-game on release), it wouldn't create any imbalanced compared to regular MC raiders with their gear.

What about Dungeon Set 1 and 2? Will they be available at launch?

Dungeon Set 1 was included in release.
Dungeon Set 2 was added much later in the game. Patch 1.10. So I wouldn't expect Dungeon Set 2 to be available till we reach equivalent content.

Sweet. Just need BWL, Benediction quest (added in 1.4), and the 1.10 content to release and I'll be mostly happy.

Yeah it keeps it in balance on release. So that PvP'ers can PvP all day every day, if they want, but they won't have any "unfair advantage" in terms of gear over the hardcore raiders with the content that will be out on release.

This is to to avoid a problem that pops up on a lot of private servers that have PvP content and rewards available at release - because no other privates have ever used the old stats of items before all the item buffs, it causes a huge rift in item balances between PvP and PvE when only MC and Onyxia content is out.

Nostalrius fixed that issue with the Item progression.

I'd prefer a confirmation video that proves nothing was messed up by the debuff slot reduction.
