Well, it nerfs the DPS and the min/maxing of many classes in a raid environnment, wich is nice :)

Yep, and Faerie Fire !

Just remember those 2 don't stack with each other. So only use one.

Patch 0.9 wrote:Faerie Fire will now stack with other armor-reducing debuffs.

I always thought they did in Vanilla because they reduce armor by a fixed amount, and never found anything proving it wrong, but if you have any evidence please do share :).

(This EJ post from 2006 suggests it stacks btw : http://forums.elitistjerks.com/topic/73 ... ose-armor/)

(Actually if our sources are divergent it might not be the best thread to start a long discussion about this ;))

I thought Faerie Fire stacked with Sunder / Expose, but not CoR.
But then again, I might be wrong.
Someone with more knowledge should probably make a thread about that debuffs stack and which ones don't.

Raid preparation is a long and difficult task, which is why the available items from the PvE content will be what you could find in and before the 1.4 patch.
The item restoration doesn’t only affect the pre-raid content, it also affects loot tables of raid bosses.

Can you clarify that the items we'll be receiving at 1.4+ and not the pre-1.4 versions? So items that were updated in 1.4 or added in 1.4 will be included in the release?

Items like Maleki's Footwraps and Crimson Felt Hat? (both added in 1.4)

Sounds to me like items added to world bosses and pre-raid instances in 1.4 will be available but items added to MC in 1.4 will not.

pretty much, and pre 1.4 is when t1 and t2 dropped in MC. all the pieces. shame that wont be available so Nos will be actually harder than it was in 2005. only t1 old sets? :)

Not that mad about missing T2.. though I do want Nemesis Raiment SO BAD since it was the first true Warlock look (and my favorite raid tier until T6). T1 for almost every other class IMO looks better (T2 for Paladins.)

BUT We'll still have Dungeon Set 1 at launch, so happy there.
