But the thing i don't understand too is that these NPCs have been "Added in patch 1.11.1", so....
have they wanted ahead of the times?

I don't remember in vanilla those being learned for free...

They were. When you reached the required skill lvl the trainer would teach it for free.

Love this patch btw! Only still really really aching for the implementation of bg rep rewards!

Looks like a fix to end the corpse camping, with the original Blizz plans...

MAYYYYBE this will aid in the over saturation of 60 horde campers for the lowbies that cant seem to finish their 52-60 Maps

Every database has "added in 1.11.1". For almost everything ^^
