I would hope so. It's a 10 year old game where literally everything about it is known.

Meanwhile, those of us with lives will continue to enjoy the game for what is, a chance to veg-out for a few hours each week, and when we stop enjoying it we will simply move on to something else instead of whining that people providing us a free service aren't doing it properly.

That's like saying don't complain when the man who lures you into his candy van for a free icecream gives you something else instead!

Also, wondered how long it would take before the debate ends up casuals v no lifers. We're not complaining because we want content NOW, we're complaining because this content was promised a month ago. This is the reason a lot of people chose Nostalrius over other servers, it sold itself on having a content timeline and people have spent a lot of time here, levelling, grinding, farming. Indicative is fine, but frickin indicate when content is due.

This. This post has very solid and relevant meaning. Dev's, we're, and have been looking at you to at least say something, if not do.

No major problems so far for me.

Nearly 60 and a bunch of alts, sure there are lag spikes, and the odd hiccup but typically it is entirely playable.

More worried about the quests that just end and can't be turned in, and can;t be gotten again if you ditch them despite having completed them.

Personally, I have a job, lack a neckbeard, etc (in other words it will take me at least a few months to get to lvl 60 on a character) so I'm not freaking out about late-game content not being ready yet. Besides, I wanted vanilla wow so I could actually enjoy the experience - I'm like, you know, reading the quest texts, trying to figure out where shit is on my own, not just using addons and racing around at 200mph trying to blast my way up to lvl 60 in a week. I'm ENJOYING the game and doing things in a fun way, rather than the "omg omg must do most efficient way, must advance 2 levels every hour to prove how big my e-penis is" bullshit.

Guys, if you wanted the turbo experience why did you leave retail? Seriously, they have a ton of content and you can level a character to max in like 20 hours or so. Otherwise please get the sand out of your vaginas. The fact that so many of you have already plowed through the existing content deeply disturbs me.

Is everyone forgetting that this is supposed to be the most authentic vanilla wow experience? This is how it was back then. We didn't get new shit every week. Things took a while. There were a few bugs. Endgame content was limited. Chill the fuck out.

Fair enough. This, I respect. The other people in this thread sound like a bunch of spoiled brats.

For the record, I don't care how much people play. I was a complete neckbeard during retail vanilla, I know what it's like.

Like Aten I don't mind if people want the Driving Miss Daisy experience or to do it 'turbo' style. There's 6k players and they all have their own way of wanting to experience Nostalrius. Unfortunately, a decent chunk came for the promise of faster content. Now if Nos turned around and said 'you know what guys, we're gonna slow it down and cater to the Daisies' that would be fine, we could go elsewhere or wait around.

But the problem is all we've got is silence on this subject.
