No AB,Wsg reputation items ? No Spellweaver's Turban of general drakk ? No new rank 10 pvp set's , or did all of those come's late not with this update ?

AB rewards 1.7 (ZG patch), WSG rewards 1.6 (BWL patch). OP dungeon blues and 0.5 sets 1.10, new rank sets and rank 12/13 updated armor sets and new weaps 1.11 (naxx patch).

In an effort to keep their armies better outfitted the Horde and Alliance have both taken it upon themselves to update their available rewards.
An updated set of armor rewards have been added to vendors for Honor ranks 7, 8, and 10.
The armor rewards for Honor ranks 12 and 13 have been increased in level and stat point allocation.
New rank 14 weapons have been added! In order to give casters the same diversity of selection that melee currently enjoy we have added new caster items that are available to be purchased by Grand Marshals and High Warlords.

PvP gear was updated multiple times throughout the game. Also, AB wasn't even out yet on retail vanilla until 1.6.

WSG rewards are 1.6
AB rewards are 1.7 (you know, when the BG was released)
Turban along with a lot of the really good blues from dungeons is 1.10
Updated PvP sets is 1.7

For reference: BWL is 1.6, ZG is 1.7, AQ is 1.9, updated items + t.5 is 1.10, Naxx is 1.11

Didn't somebody say that they talked to Viper during the AV PTR and he told them that all reputation rewards were coming with AV?

Either way, to me it would make sense to roll out the reputation rewards with AV.

He/she probably came here because the official Nostalrius website passes this off as a 1.12.1 server that is just withholding some endgame content temporarily....I probably wouldn't have rolled here if I had known that all of the item data was retarded, there weren't BG rep items, and quests were missing. Blizzard didn't release the item data in incremental patches because they thought "at first the items should be like this...then a few months later they should be like this....and then finally like this."

They changed items per patch because the game was a work in progress. Blizzard learned from their mistakes and fixed them. At some point, somebody at Blizzard was like "Whoa...wait a sec, casters actually don't need Agilility. Let's fire whoever came up with that idea and then fix this gear so that the game will be better." By trying to replicate things in the order that Blizzard did, all that we're doing is intentionally recreating Blizzard's mistakes. As cute of an idea as it is, I think that it is sort of a dumb practice to intentionally make mistakes.

Doing things this way doesn't make the experience more Blizzlike either. At no point in history was Vanilla WoW some weird hybrid with 1.12.1 skills/spells/talents, 1.4 item data and quests, and then some 1.6 and 1.7 battlegrounds half way implemented. Seriously, just give us 1.12.1 items and quests, and continue to release the raids incrementally.
