The PTR is available again for testing.
For your information, here is an indicative patchnote of the work that has been done during the week.
The following bugs have been fixed:

• Razorgore - Reset During Phase 1
• Razorgore - Unable to attack/Cleave while controlling
• Bosses should be immune to disarm
• Broodlord's Knock Away shouldn't reduce threat is missed / dodged / parried
• Death Talon Wyrmguard/Overseer incorrect/bugged abilities
• Razorgores fireball volley is interruptable
• [Razorgore] Adds flee to the wrong location at the start of phase 3
• [Nefarian] Crowd control on Drakonid
• [Nefarian] Reset in P1
• [Nefarian] Spawnrate of Draconid in P1
• [Chrommaggus] Breath change during the week
• Throne making Nefarian unable to attack
• Nefarian Mage classcall bugged
• Chromaggus engagement and reset point
• Nefarian does Shaman call for alliance
• Trap in suppression room not disarm after a soft-reset
• Death talon pack not respawning after a wipe/reset
• Suppression room respawn timers
• Death Talon Overseer/Wyrmgaurd vulnerabilities not functioning properly
• Destroy Egg Cooldown Wrong
• Lab packs not properly linked
• Broodlord should be immune to disarm
• Blackwing Lair Trash mob bugs
• Suppression traps placed wrong in Hallway between lower and upper room
• Death Talon packs not resetting properly

Anyone who's tested Nefarian know if the respawn is Blizzlike? I don't really care if they made it faster, I just want to prepare my body if I've got to wait 30 minutes between attempts

Anyone who's tested Nefarian know if the respawn is Blizzlike? I don't really care if they made it faster, I just want to prepare my body if I've got to wait 30 minutes between attempts

The way it is scripted on PTR is blizzlike, both for the gates not re-opening and the 15 mins respawn timer :

Nefarian encounter can be reattempted any number of times, however, it takes 15 minutes for him to reset after a wipe (as of patch 1.9.3). Prior to this patch, once the battle had progressed to Phase 2, and the remaining Drakonids had all been killed, the gates would never re-open. Therefore, a Soulstone or other wipe prevention must have been in place, or the battle could not be re-attempted until the instance had reset completely. Nefarian would still respawn after 15 minutes.
