Wasn't it supposed to be up by now? Or have I missed some announcement stating it will come at a later date instead? Or have I completely misread the date?

Nice its up! Just some minor things a questions...

1: Consume vendor aint here.
2: The PvP set currently on the live realm (1.12 version of blue) aint on teh PTR. I dont know if its intended or not.
3: For some reason my char had all its abilities whiped out..
