I actually have a question concerning this. I was informed that streaming Private Servers on Twitch ect. is actually illegal to do. It'll basically get your account banned, now I did NOT here this from a source that I personally know. So can a GM please clarify as to if that is in fact the case?

This is in no way, shape, or form an attempt for me to scare people from streaming, but I do not want my Twitch account getting banned is all I mean by the comment.

It is not illegal. You are not breaking any laws by streaming vanilla wow.
It's not against Twitch's TOS either - but Blizzard have a big bag of money in front of Twitch. There have been very few users banned for streaming vanilla wow, but it is hard to say if this will continue.

One thing i have been thinking about is, if Twitch/Blizzard doesn't want it, why is the game category still available then?
