Dear community,

As announced in a previous announcement we chose to focus this month on available content fixes, and stability / performance updates.

You will find below an indicative patchnote.

SPELLS
  • Searing Pain threat has been fixed
  • AoE / channeling spells will still be active when debuff limit is reached
  • Fixed Druid Maul and Swipe threat
  • [Improved Lay on Hands]: Fixed talent (when casting spells to other players)
  • Shaman Flametongue: fixed proc
  • Curse Of Doom may now summon a Doomguard if it kills the target
  • [Benediction] correctly affects [Seal of the crusader]
GENERAL
  • Fixed an exploit that allowed some players to start the AQ doors opening process - causing a server crash
  • Implementation of dynamic respawn timers on herbs / ores
  • Complete rework of the Black Lotus spawn positions
  • Darkmoon faire buffs are working correctly
  • Gold sellers/traffickers detection has been improved - this is retroactive
  • In-game gold advertisement has been greatly reduced
PVE
  • Urok Doomhowl event in LBRS has been fixed (spawn rate of the waves)
  • [Blackrock Depths] Hurley Blackbreath will always spawn exactly once
  • [ZulGurub] Fixed Hakkar : no longer drops all threat on controlled target
  • [ZulGurub] Hakkar is no longer kitable
  • [ZulGurub] Fixed Hakkar timer for Blood Siphon
  • [ZulGurub] Cause Insanity (Hakkar) can no longer be redirected by Grounding Totem
  • [Wailing Caverns] Fixed Disciple of Naralex text
  • [BWL] Fixed Firemaw, Ebonroc and Flamegor Loot Tables
  • [BWL] Fixed Razorgore, Vael, Broodlord Loot Tables
  • [BWL] Fixed Chromaggus and Nefarian Loot Tables
  • [MoltenCore] Ragnaros loot table has been adjusted
  • [MoltenCore] Fixed Magmadar Lava Bomb issues
  • [MoltenCore] Fixed Magmadar Lava Spit (will face his target)
PVP
  • [AlteracValley] Frostwolf Battle Standard is only usable on Alterac Valley
  • Fixed quest chain [The Battle for Arathi Basin!]
  • [AlteracValley] Lieutenants no longer respawn after being killed
  • [AlteracValley] Fixed Wing commanders pathfinding avoiding Stonehearth & Snowfall graveyard
  • [AlteracValley] Fixed Galvangar aggro
  • [AlteracValley] Fixed Commander aggro with bowmens
OTHER
  • Fixed item [Claw of the Black Drake] stats
  • Fixed item [Spineshatter] stats
  • Fixed item [Prestor's Talisman of Connivery] stats
  • Fixed item [Scorpid Surprise] proc rate
  • Evergreen Pouch is no longer collectable by low level characters
  • [Zandalarian Hero Charm]: Fixed charges count
  • [The Attack!] : quest can no longer get stuck
EXPLOITS
  • Fixed an exploit that allowed players to logout instantly in instances or in PvP
  • It is no longer possible to use several items at the same time if they share the same cooldown
PERFORMANCE
As we reached more than 11k players online (new record), the dev team had to focus once again on performance issues, with the following results:
  • 10% delay reduction for spells on instanced maps (battlegrounds, raids, instances)
  • -80% delay on items on instanced maps (battlegrounds, raids, instances)
  • from +10% to +60% visibility distance on continents (depending on where you are on continents)
These updates have been progressively applied to the PvP realm during these last days. We will continue to optimize the code to reduce even more the delays you are experiencing.

Are those patches gonna be applied on the PVE-Server right away once those updates come or after a month?

Awesome, thank you for the bug fixes so far.

Can we get a progress update on the broken Stealth skill (Bug #441)? It's been that way since server launch and there haven't been any updates on the bug report for 9 months. Are the devs still aware of this bug? Note that this is a broken core gameplay mechanic which affects two classes of the game.

Hate to be that guy, but it's either December 2015 or January 2016, unless you want to wait 11 months until implementing these patchnotes :D

Also, for the love of god, fix Impact already.

Hi, Why no mention about the Landmines at the Backdoor in Alterac Valley? They are new to me. Everyone is dying.
