I think we should continue the trend of testing bosses on holidays.

New years eve would be a great day to test c'thun. You should also make sure you get the time zone each guild plays in and make the 20 minute window as close to midnight as possible.

It's not a "window." You can try the boss whenever you want, for 20 minutes. The only question is whether you get any more chances later on.
