This confirms my observation that the server peaked in population during China prime time:



During China prime time, the game was unplayable. I had 4 second delay on spells and abilities. The worst day of the week was Sunday.

We all knew it peaked during china hours, but that was only toward the end when the server peaked up to 12-15k. It wasn't until toward the end that it became unstable during china hours. It took a long while before they managed to get a lot of people onto the server. They have to go through a lot more trouble than us.

Interesting. I remember peaks of 15k on Nost PVP.
