Soo i dont wanna do something stupid thats why i ask once again: I remember Acc names and not the Passwords. Which option should i try? Email? Is there a way to find out if i have created an account with an email adress? I am so afraid to waste my two nost chars :shock:

I didn`t recieve any email, what to do now ?

Perhaps a silly question, but here goes... "Did you check your spam/junk folder?".

EDIT: My token landed in junk atleast.

I got the token directly but no email from any of the sites, nost or elysium. Maybe it's my email?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I created a new account on Elysium, got my email to verify it, then got my token and tried to transfer my characters.

All I get is: Note: you must not have any characters on your account.

You must use the same IP to generate and consume the token.

I created another account and it's the same thing. What can I do to fix that? Is the problem associated with the IP or that I somehow have characters on the new account? Does it matter if I use the token generator again, because the token is completely different every time.
Please help!

I made my characters on this computer but I don't have the same internet. Did my ip change?

Check the earlier posts in this thread - other users have had the same issue. See if the workarounds work for you. It might also just be a lag issue as both services are under tremendous load right now.

There can be a significant delay in the email - up to 5 minutes or even longer. If it doesn't show up, try generating the token again.
