Hello ! I had a problem retrieving characters. After the token thing, Elysium website told me I had no characters on my Nostalrius account (which is untrue).

When connecting to the game and in the server choosing window, no character showed up.

However, after connecting to the server, my character was there ! :D

Now my tears are joy ones :')

I got the token sent to my email,
"copy + paste" and it said transfer was successful.

But then when i refreshed page it says:
(Your transfer was successful!
However, it seems the account you just transferred has no characters on it!)

I had a lvl 60 night elf druid on nostalrius PVP which i put allot of effort into.
Would like to see that I could keep my character.
Anyone who can help?

Having some issues with the token thingy appearing as ALOT of random letters and numbers put together, I guess it´s meant to be a link to click on and get the token but it just appears as random letters and numbers, aka the code but not the actual link itself? :o

No, you copy paste the whole thing to your Elysium control panel.

I keep getting an error stating "we are encountering technical difficulties" etc.. Any ideas?

Im having some trouble, every time I insert my account info I get a message saying "We are encountering technical difficulties regarding the token generation procedure. Please try again later"

Anyone else getting this message?

I am trying to retrieve a token I am 100% sure that I know my email and username since I have it stored encrypted on a file.

However, when I type in my email and username it says "We are encountering technical difficulties regarding the token generation procedure. Please try again later."

Yeah me too, i have same problem and same error message. Is token server down or what?

Hello Pottu, thank you for taking the time and answering all the questions.

I read in the thread that there is a deadline to move your account, and been trying to figure out through searching what date that might be, without success. Could you clarify what date that might be?
