Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Dear community,

Blizzard just announced during Blizzcon that WoW Classic is coming back (if you have not seen the trailer already). We are so excited, and want to THANK YOU once again for being part of this incredible journey: we wrote history together! They will provide a stable realm, run by the most passionate people, and help unify the World Of Warcraft community.



After 13 years, we now have to wait a little longer before we can go back home in Vanilla, since a huge effort will be needed from our understanding. We’ll continue to make ourselves available, with the experience we gathered so far, should we be able to help to make this a reality.

Furthermore, Blizzard commits to run Vanilla for as long as WoW will exist, regardless of its success, and to have a separate team for it. Thus, the development of the current game will not be affected, and that’s an excellent news for the whole WoW community!

Nostalrius as a legacy server was only one of the steps towards this goal, and we hope that this name won’t be used by other private servers anymore as Nostalrius goal is now completely achieved. Exciting times are ahead!

Thanks Blizzard for bringing this part of your community back home. We're very happy to see that J. Allen Brack himself finally pushed the button: the right person, the right funny speech, and a Chromie as cute as ever

Thanks of course for didn't listen to some of us (including me) back in the days, denying the merging. Doing this would have been a huge mistake, as we can see today.
Personnaly, I am very proud that I spent quite some time on Nostalrius FR. And it seems like it was just the beginning.
I'm hoping to see you again. (But please, no gnome, you're better than this).
P.S : growing up sucks, couldn't find any trolling to do
