How does the in-game bug reporting system work?

I submit a bug report and then when I open back up the in-game ticket option, my report is still sitting there. Are these being sent off instantly or do we need to wait for them to be processed?

I submitted a bug report then reopened the ticket and clicked cancel in order to fill out a new report. Are you still getting these reports?

You enter the report, hit send, you get a dialogue confirmation in the chatbox, you clean the text and fill in a new one.

Does blink animation look off to you guys if you're observing it? like they float through the air really fast rather than just teleporting

Hey, I just registered to this server/forum after a long time of just lurking around.

But I'm wondering just one thing, is there a way to be able to play during the stress test sessions?
