Just hit lvl 60 sorry to come accros as a noob but theres a few items in the spreadsheet that are found in MC or onyxia. Isnt this suposed to be pre raid bis?

This spreadsheet is extremely outdated, you should look to the class specific subforums to find a pre-raid BiS list.

And if you are seeing anything from a Raid, it's because it's BoE, meaning you can get it without ever having gone to the raid. Also, UBRS isn't a raid, it's a 10m dungeon.
