Looks like it was added in 1.11.1 (check the quick facts tab on the right)

Hey, I actually did look them up on wowwiki but they had no info about when lord roccor / the item was added. If you're referring to wowhead they don't record anything before patch 1.11.1 so EVERYTHING from earlier patches says its added in patch 1.11.1 according to wowhead.

* Crown of the Penitent should be BiS (over Green Lens of Healing).
* Skyshroud Leggings should be BiS (over Leggings of Arcana).

Hunters dont really have another trinket to use. I could give you Hand of Justice for the 22 AP, but I dont think that is appropriate.

The option to see what items in the list for each slot is better than T1 stats? ("bis pre bwl")

Some items have slightly different stats ingame that I've seen (mainly from Warlock sheet).

sheet stat mentioned first and ingame stat after:
Bad Mojo Mask: 14dmg --> 10dmg
Felcloth Shoulders: 18dmg --> 17dmg
Robe of Winter Night: 38dmg --> 37dmg
Shadoweave Gloves: 12dmg --> 11dmg
Felcloth Pants: 18dmg --> 17dmg

There are more but just those that I checked so far.

In addition, I'm pretty sure that Green Lens, Drakestone and Archivist Cape does not have +dmg suffix versions ingame atm, as no other item (both random green and specific blues that has random statroll) that can roll those exist currently.

Looking at the holy priest list, I noticed that Hands of the Exalted Herald are currently on the spreadsheet with their 1.4 patch value.

On the server right now, this is their stat line, no bonus healing yet.
