Can item bonuses crit?

Lets say that my item bonuses give me +160 healing. In the heal calculation would this value be added before or after critical heals? By this I mean, if I critically heal someone would the calculation be: (Heal)*(Crit) +160 OR (Heal + 160)*(Crit) the latter obviously being a bigger heal.

Addheal is calculated before critical.

Though, since Im not 100% sure if you are aware of it from your post, 160 Addheal on Items wont necessary increase your healing by 160 as it depends on the casttime(or sometimes other factors) of your healing spell.
