Shaman or Warrior?

Hey guys, I come here from WotLK priv (4 years played) and I'm thinking about Warrior or Shaman for a start (and if possibly for the main class :p).

I heard that enhancment shaman is very buggi, but I'm in faith that it will be fixed before I get 60 lvl (something like 2-3 months I think xD).

So.. This is my questions:
1. Elemental / fixed Enh / Fury for best dps and dynamic mechanics
2. Are shamans and warriors often getting to pug raids / 5-man?
3. How about exp? I know that shaman is very good for questing (strong melee, strong ranged, strong buffs, strong survi, stron AoE...) but if I would roll warrior, I could have some problems with exping him in arms?

P.S.: There is something like a pug raid, yes? Or finding 40 good players is just too bad for random guy from world channel xD

If lvling wart, should be 2h fury till 40. Not arms before that. Also, I would not recommend lvling a wart as first char w/ no money for good gear. It makes lvling all the difference.
