Do those Troll's Blood Potions work incombat?

I heard they do, unlike Spirit and regen health incombat..is that correct?

Just wanted to know so I can maybe reduce some downtime eating and take on more boars per minute without having to sit or regen

Mp5 and Hp5 resume in combat. I used these while leveling as well.
