For Paladins who PvE primarily, then being a Human is best due to +5 Mace/Sword racial.

For Paladins who PvP primarily, then being a Dwarf is best due to Stoneform racial due to it making every Rogue cry as their Blind gets immediately removed as they try to bandage and then you instantly unload and 1shot them with a full Reck Bomb

As others have said the only one that really "matters" is priest due to their racials, but fuck man it's a fucking game. Just play what you want. As much as the mouthbreathers on these forums will disagree, the minimal increase is not going to make a large enough difference to make or break your raid.

Ya cause you know, ~7-8% DPS increase on all bosses for every rogue and warrior in the raid is pretty minimal.

If everyone in the raid had the optimized races/specs/etc, it does add up a lot.

Ever play Pokemon? The nature system of the Pokemon games is comparable. You may like your Brave natured Mewtwo that you worked so hard to get, but to a competitive player, if it's not Jolly or Modest it is complete garbage.

I mean play what you want sure, but don't expect to be the best.
