I guess because you have to look at something other than your action bar. You have to look at your rage bar as well to make the best decision.

TIL hardest dps rotation = 5 x easier tanking if adding the raid coordination and situational awareness needed for success.

why is a fury so hard to understand and master, like everyone here says?

you can be decent at it, yeah, but to truly MASTER it it takes some insane gear and dedication.
