Well then, they're already buffed on PvP. Whereas thread starter is playing on PvE which is using 1.4 (?) loot tables and item stats and stuff. There you have it.

Iirc the enchanting wands are weaker than db.vanillagaming shows until the buff at around 1.8-ish.

Delete your WDB folder. Nostalrius has not reached patch 1.8 yet, so the Enchanting wands are still white quality and have shit damage. This is the true tooltip for Nost's current patch:

I'm not sure that's how it works... you're running a 1.12.1 patch of the client. Everything should be 1.12.1 except for the things that need scripting (i.e. new raids and related quests). The rest of the game should be 1.12.1. So if wands got buffed in 1.8 they should have the buff now in 1.12.1.

Items have whatever stats the devs want them to have. Client just displays those stats.
