No items scaled with spellpower in vanilla after 1.9

Why is everyone in this thread so hostile? Are you all out of medication for your mental illnesses? The original poster asked a question: "Can anyone give a single counter-example to this statement?". My guess is that he wanted you to post information to debate the topic statement but instead you read the topic statement and believed that the OP is stating this as a true fact.

Because he actually was so fucking stupid in the other thread where he posted originally and actually believed that no items whatsoever scaled with spell damage after patch 1.9:

"So, items don't scale with +spell gear. Only spells originating from the caster using mana. How novel. Who'd have thought?"

Were there really no more items than the Meteor and Weapons that we can demonstrate scaled in vanilla? Surely there must have been at least one more, Blizzard were notorious for having bugged stuff and there must have been more they missed. The old elitist jerks forums were full of theorycrafting on almost everything so if someone has a link to a browsable archive of it that would certainly be a great source.
