Oh, my bad if I misread your thread, but I did read it :o.

What is it about? I thought you were wondering if there was indeed extra threat generated by the proc, wasn't it the case? :)

Somebody is going to have to make it, and that somebody will have to have enough gold and enough interest to not regret it.

Does stack (as intended) with Sunder Armor on Nostalrius (crafted and tested). Proc is pretty rare (~5% percent), but holds 45 seconds, can stack up to 3 times, so it is -600 armor debuff slot at bosses starting from ~80% of their hp bar. Does stack with Bashguuder too (which has same debuff, same 3 stacks, but holds 30 sec only). Still, Bashguuder is green in patch 1.7 and has awful attack speed.
Imho Annihilator is even better weapon choice for MT than TF in case you have many melee damage dealers in your raid.

Sounds legit. Exactly in what way is it better when u lose the TF debuff and threat?

Depends on how high your Spell Power is.

Fiery Retributer's proc scales with Spell Power with a coefficient of 1. Or at least, it's supposed to. Who knows with these devs.

Does spell power increase the fire damage done on melee hits? :>

BoJlk on 2008/06/26 (Patch 2.4.2)
It will not increase the fire damage on your attacks. If this is tanking no point increasing the fire damage if you get threat on Holy spell damage, and no matter how much spell power you have it won't increase the 2 fire damage that much.

ethannho on 2014/08/31 (Patch 5.4.8)
on some private vanilla server, they accidentally had this scale with spell pwr, thus creating a rogue that could pull 1.5k dps as a lvl 60
