Their problem is that they can't stand watching retribution paladin topping metters

Here it is, the heart of the theory!

Players cannot stand watching ret paladins absolutely wreck them on DPS. To combat this, they channel mental energy to somehow prevent paladins from doing good DPS. There are also bugs. And paladins don't know how to gear.

So to sum up the retribution paladin DPS situation, according to its zealous defender duo:

I can't do solid DPS because of bugs, paladins not knowing how to gear, and there being a cosmic conspiracy against ret palas, resulting in paladin characters doing less DPS.

And how many Paladins are using "warrior" gear? 80%+ and you are telling me that they know how to gear ? right.

Listen friends, if you're not cheesing, you're not trying. :P

Honestly though, Golemagg is really the only fight where cheesing doesn't make a whole lot of sense, although one could argue that you'd get better flurry uptime for warriors(can't really think of any reason to stack). Which is tenuous at best.

As for the legitimacy of our guild, well unlike some other NA Guilds that killed Nef relatively early on, we're still around. Meme status, elevated.

No, the thread was about class 'value', but thanks for making it the 15th pointless thread with the same 5 single realmplayer fights where palas were midfield dps in mediocre guilds with joke damagedealers.

Nonono, they never stack dogs for better meter stats, it's a "flawed strategy" :D
You filthy unbeliever!

Are you completely incapable of coming up with a reasoned argument or of making a fist of contributing to a discussion where you don't just blindly mock or insult those who don't agree with you? That people refer to it as "cheesing the meters" implies that people see through the only reason it is done. In fact it actively refutes the point you are trying to make since there is NOTHING gained from what they are doing. They don't look more impressive to intelligent people outside because it is known what they are doing and it provides not a single tangible improvement in the execution of the fight.

You keep applying those logical fallacies though, you're doing fabulously!

As evidenced by several pages of a somewhat retarded discussion, there's quite a number of people who don't quite "see through" this thing. They'll go to quite some length to deny the cheesing, in fact, and jump at the first opportunity to throw a Golemagg fight link in your face in order to prove that retridin is good dps, or whatever else they happen to be advocating at the moment.
Would you say they're not intelligent? Or do you only have vitriol to spare for me? :(

What was that point I was supposedly trying to make, again? The one that's refuted, you know.
