Herbs keeps disappearing

So I'm trying to level herbalism, but all too often I see a herb and then when I get close to it, it dissapears.
What is that or how do avoid it? It's becoming a bit annoying to be honest.

I'm guessing you are flying over and see them. Those are all false reads

saw this happen too, especially when going from the barrens to thousand needles or ashenvale
there seems to be some kind of mini-zoning, problem is thats herbs spawn behind this and can not be looted

A frequent herb that shows and disappears upon approach is in badlands when running from the meeting stone towards the main zone, it disappears often. It is a bug with certain spawn points.
As with fly over, all spawns show as a lootable herb when flying over. Making they herbalist mouth water when they are going to land in a zone and they run there to find nothing. RIP.
