What level do you have to be to loot the random chests that spawn over the world,
Like what level is needed for Solid chest ?

Lvl 1

Lvl 15 and can't loot em, is this a bug or is there req level ?

Are you sure its not a locked chest or you are in combat?

Yes i am sure, i could log out and open it, the it said when it was open, can't loot that yet
