Due to the nature of the test and the limited availability of mobs to test this on I am not certain if this bug actually occurs on Nostalrius. However I am fairly certain that I have seen it occur.
If a warrior performs execute, sometimes the ability does not properly work - no damage dealt (in combat log, there is no record of hit, miss, dodge, parry or a record of "You use execute"). The rage that would normally be used up by the execute is also used up.
