Getting DC-ed

I do hope someone of you can help me with this one. I've DL-ed WoW from the link you guys sent us along with account information. The problem is that it says "DC-ed from the server" right after I hit enter to log in. Tried Your realmlist, Feenix's realmlist, but it's the same everytime.
