[OK] Weather change "mechanic"

Hi again , I wanted to report also something that you maybe missed but it can be annoying for players, on almost all private servers weather changing is bugged (rain and snow effects). There are some zones that are almost always rainy, for example Elwynn Forest and Mulgore I think, some zones that doesn't have any weather effects but they should or reverse, or zones that have proper weather effects but they last too long or too short or those rain and snow effects are repeating too often, so in other words the timespan changing from rainy or snowy to dry or shiny is unnatural.

This is actually pretty important. On every other private server, Elwynn and Stranglethorn are always way too rainy, it can really get on one's nerves. Plus, it's not blizzlike - it's nowhere near that amount of rain on retail. So this issue should be really checked and confirmed.
