1. There is no vendor for poisons, flash powder, blind powder etc.
2. You lose all combo points on a target if you 'detarget' ie. to slap a totem

Hi Ben, losing your combo point is normal, you can buy poison near the inkeeper a NPC is spawn there .

I thought you'd keep all your combo points as long as you didn't use an ability that added combo points to another target? ;o
thanks for the poison npc!

http://www.wowwiki.com/Patch_1.4.0#Rogues insinuates that points are lost when a new target is selected.

That's how it works on Nostalrius: if you stack combo points on a target, you will lose them at target switch.

I thought so too. I will check old pvp videos to see how it was.

No need to check, combo point management works as intended . When you switch of target you lose your combo point, you will keep them if you click on the ground for example and retarget your previous one .

You are right. I checked the patch notes and it was not until patch 2.0.3 when they changed the combopoint management: "Combo points added to a target should not be reset until you add a combo point to a different target. "
http://www.wowwiki.com/Patch_2.0.3I allways thought the added it earlier. Seems like my memory is not so good after all.
