[Skill][Hunter] Counterattack

The skill 'Counterattack' from Survival talents currently breaks on damage. It shouldn't. I have a feeling Improved Wing Clip breaks on damage as well since Counterattack does.

Those two procs share the same DR. We just tested this and it works just fine. Or maybe you can provide us more information in order to reproduce this bug.

I did not have any issue with counterattack and imp. wing clip either, other than DR eventually making them immune.
