I'am not sure if that is a bug, but still posting it

Two rogues dueling and gouging eachother in the same "second" and both of those ccs are active, same went with Kidney shots and mage poly - gouge from my rogue, we've discussed this in Durotar but didnt get to any conclusion

It is possible due to latency.

This is an intended behaviour. It works the way it used to be on retail.
