[HELP] Addons data and WTF folder. /Fixed

Hello, I'm experiencing some trouble with my 1.12.1 client folder.

As I was riding the hype train I figured I'd go on another vanilla server to set up my addons so that I'm prepared for the Nostalrius launch. I finished setting up my UI and closed the game as usual. But then when I went to the installation folder I found my WTF folder completely empty. I thought I had done everything in vein so I started wow.exe once more and logged in. All my settings and addons were the same!

How can my setting and preferences still be saved with an empty WTF folder? Where is it saved?

When I launch wow.exe with admin rights proper Account folder and config.wtf files are created. It resets my addons when I do that though. I can still launch it just by clicking it (instead of right click and open as admin) and my settings remain.

Any answers are appreciated.

*EDIT-FIXED*
Apparantly my WoW client created folders like WTF and Screenshots at the following directory instead.
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft Classic.
